Costa Rica- 2008

Before Brooks drove an Audi and I started school we went to Costa Rica. B wanted an adevnture so we went rafting, canyoning, horseback riding, surfing, hiking, zip-lined, played in waterfalls, ate cheep food, and met tons of new people. Most people assumed were were together/married so we finally got into the habit of just explaining that we were brother/sister from the start.



First day on the way to La Fortuna. The entire country is SO green and lush which was a big change from dry Utah and the Santa Barbara fires.

Playa Hermosa- one of the most consistant breaks in the world (not good for beginners). We tried surfing here but ended up at a near by beach. This is the view from our hotel were we stayed with guys who could actually surf, really well.
